My story is not a straight climb. It is a story of resilience, second chances, and choosing growth again and again. I began my career in dentistry at the chair and built my way through nearly every corner of the business. Each role taught me that sustainable results never come from numbers alone. They come from people who understand the purpose, own the standard, and know their contribution matters.
Today, I bring that perspective to executive leadership, operations, and the development of leaders. I am at my best where vision needs to become action and where people need both accountability and belief.
